Once again, that's not how that works. You're making the claim, you have to provide the proof. Stop dodging. Not to mention the fact that this isn't a thing, even, if forming subsidiaries wasn't a normal thing in business (it is) . The existence of a subsidiary is not evidence for what you're claiming (the data doesn't bear out your conclusion of what having one means). When we experience share appreciation, please take some gains and invest in a course teaching critical thinking.
