ASEP & Vetoquinol Partnership/Collaberation

I was looking into ASEP.C which listed today and discovered that Vetoquinol (Paris Exchange (PAR): VETO), the 9^th largest veterinarian pharmaceutical company in the world has partnered with ASEP (which just listed today on the CSE under ticker ASEP). According to the prospectus Vetoquinol have, and will be funding development on the Peptide anti-biofilm.
