Agree...with reference to SCZ specifically...I think the market 'doesn't seem to want to price any of this in' because it doesn't have enough information.
What is this thing? Silver miner? Zinc miner? Okay, both obviously, but what percentage is silver vs. zinc? We only find out next April/May with Q1 earnings.
Any free cash flow in the next four years goes to servicing 90 million in debt plus the royalty. That we know. Dilution is on the way.
With zinc thrown in we're still surfing silver but NOT as we were before.
I bought SCZ as a silver turnaround story...a mgmt putting its house in order. I'm not yet at the point where i view the new SCZ in that light.
I may get there. We'll see. In the abstract i kind of admire the conceptual leap it took the owner of the now closed Rosario silver mine to purchase Zimapan AND now this thing. All within a year. He's got balls.
But yup, as you say, 'the market doesn't seem to want to price any of this in at the moment'.
