"Some people" believe that 4050 was a complete fraud. Interesting. Theory there is that all management and technical lied and Thomvest were surprised by their lies after they did the recapitalization? Interesting. I guess we'll have to see what the lawsuit brings out. It sure seems that If Thomvest is acting in bad faith, courts will add severe punitive damages. I call Dr Moran and Dr Gagnon to the stand.
