RE:RE:RE:RE:Do I Think ACDC Will Merge With Daymak
I said it isn't guaranteed bit I strongly feel it is and gave my reasons for them. Whether you or anyone else accepts it or not is not my problem. I have told you in cases where the subsidiaries have been spun out not sure what more you are expecting here. Either it happens or not. Time will tell. So you said companies become subsidiaries so that they are not recognized as being attached to the parent ok why is that? I had suggested that maybe there are some tax benefits or other advantage. I have Mission Ready Services who acquires Unifire Inc registered as a small business that is connected to the US Government and bets on government contracts and it pulled in huge revenues for Mission Ready Services. This is not and was not meant to be spun out and people asked will they merge why does Unifire Inc need Mission Ready. The reason is they have access to larger capital monies through publicly traded funds than they would have through private banking and it creates stability and steady monies flows should times be tough and having a burden to keep afloat but Unifire has been doing things from my understanding since 2009. So that is one example why a company that is wholly owned as a subsidiary operates and to your point not necessarily as a spin out. But when you have the type of moves made by Daymak who can themselves consider listing publicly it will be easier with them having ties to acdc so it is quite possible they will. Now you have 2 or so Chinese partners from Rich sitting on the advisor committee and Aldo along someone else with ACDC or is that Ionix Pro I will have to check that. This in itself does not indicate anything but look at how the deals are being done you scratch our back we will scratch yours first rights of refusal and preferred supplier so do you think a handful of ACDC shares that has been badly diluted is something people will be looking for? Not entirely why not have treasury shares or something better yet another company where new shares will come and have an ipo possibly worth more than where acdc is trading. All the main people are happy they will get whatever shares are created and exchanged we may or may not so then they have shares in two separate publicly listed companies and can take tax advantages and write offs on both vs one and to whatever capacity. I think there is something going on with how the shares are being exchanged the arrangements made with those involved and it feels a lot like a spin out of Ionix Pro coming again I said it is not guaranteed but as to how I feel from my perspective 98 percent did I say guaranteed from what my read is. Now I also said let time tell I will either be right or wrong no problem but yeah I see spinout coming. Daymaks increasing shares in AVDC is interesting do I thing a merger is possible I said while yes I don't think so. In any case again time will tell all things. In any case with my profits I can reinvest and just keep researching things on my own. Either I will be right or not and not once did I dodge the question when I went to explain it. Can I give you proof no because this is something in which things happen organically I would have to be on the inside to know these things I am a simple retail shareholder talking from my experiences and read that is all.
