Question

QuestionThrowing this out to the board.......

Is there a possibility of an attempt for a hostile takeover by another company? I don't know how many shares AWM Investment Company, Inc. or its posse ownes but isnt this group a major shareholder in Plug Power? Maybe AWM Investment Company, Inc and group have divested all their shares. 

Just throwing this out there....

Also, is it any significance that Xebec has a new transfer agent?
