The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

RE:RE:RE:MudcreekerI'm sure Appian will be doing their best to protect their interests.  How they go about that is a wild card here.  The debt they hold gives them some leverage if (big if) there are other interested parties.  New Gold, for instance, clearly had some level of interest last summer, so maybe they could co-operate with Appian to realize some value for each of them.  Or maybe, after 5 months of searching they turned up several interested parties, and SVL is just trying to get the jump on the other players with this move.  

Like I said, this  could play out several ways, but, IMHO it will take competition from another party who wants to own the mine to avoid the scenario I described.
