RE:Winter is coming...Ya winter is coming and that's good but what is forcing the sell off in PNE  . The market this morning shows 
lots of sell pressure . PNE is down 50 percent from highs not long ago . So the re rating from PNE's bizarre explanation about why they are not doing buybacks or dividends Is definitely kicking in .
