Staffing up with junior engineers was not really explained. I thought TMG benefitted from hiring senior engineers in the UK (Bailey team), USE (Vince team and others), Canada (Triebe team) , x ( Luc Mandrel) team?.
Tmg is achieving success in Poland and Germany - but I doubt these are engineers just graduated from training and mentoring.
