NEO Battery Materials Ltd. is a Canadian battery materials technology company. People seem to not want to wait

The down in the share price is simply people selling not wanting to wait.

The tough part will be try to get back in before any partnership announcements.
Because once that happens it will go from what it is now to over $1 in an hour.
