financingIt is supposed to close on or about November 25th. That is tomorrow. Yes we are trading very low volume and as such expect the price to be volatile but maybe our decrease in the last couple of days is because we are getting close to the finalization of the offering.
Maybe since it didn't close, people are afraid and taking this as a sign of weaknes that the price will have to be lowered from $1.75 to maybe $1.60. I'm not saying this will happen but I'm sure some investors think this.
How is it that it's taking so long to finalize when someone said that CRE was approached to do triple the financing at $1.75 but they only chose to do $26M (not $75million). Just close this stupid financing and let's move on. It was already a slap in the face of shareholders and the longer it doesn't close, the lower the share price seems to be moving.
I expect an NR later today (or tomorrow) regarding the closing of this.
I also expect an NR with an update in the next couple of weeks (on the project, etc.)
I also expect permits (provincial) in the first or second week of December.
I also expect to become a millionaire when the share price hits $10 but CRE's lack of urgency to do anything in a reasonable time has me thinking that I would gladly settle for $5 in a year's time and move on with my life :)
