SEA better get to drilling then. That's one long tunnel route. I expect at least 20,000 meters drilling in, around, and beneath the tunnel route to ensure no gold is lost out of my pocket. Unfortunately nothing in life is free and due diligence is paramount. Like entering into a real estate transaction where after closing you realize there's no right of way to access your property... woops. I hope Tud plays nice to some extent, but business is business. If Tud can use their prime location as leverage over other companies to net shareholders more money then I frankly could care less about those neighboring miners. Also, who's to say whoever buys Treaty Creek will play ball with SEA at all?
