In their November 15, press release, UI announced the signature of three binding Letters of Intent with real estate photography businesses located in Canada and in the United States.  Total purchase price for those acquisitions is approximately $6,600,000.  One transaction has been finalized and the purchase price is $500,000, which means the next two acquisitions have revenues in the two to four million dollars range.
