RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Value of Wi-lan?Not to mention the ultra-naive reasoning that although all patents have been decimated and difficult to defend and enforced because the courts offer little to no protection, and PTAB is a joke, that somehow with semiconductors all will be swell and easy to enforce and get licensed.

Wilan was a brilliant idea and business to get into when the courts backed patents and enforcement was a legitiment option. It hasn't been for at least seven or eight years now.

Thats the reality. And it ain't new.

Sell it to a private entity who can manage surviving lumpy inconsistent your-guess-is-as-good-as-mine revenues.
