I'm not jumping to any conclusions about a someone making a play for XBC.  God knows no one will rush in given the state of things.  They could simply sit back and wait, the deal would only get sweeter or at the very least more likely to be accepted the longer we suffer.  But if an offer were to come in, you can bet your bottom dollar that we'd be sold.  There would be no poison pill, nor a white knight.  The past year has been disastrous for XBC and anyone would be smart to pop in and pick up our assets in IP for a song, and wipe out management.  Our brass are not extracting maximum value from our assets, and while it's been a year since the floor fell out, it'll be close to another before we have regained confidence.  And even then, a lot of things need to go right, re markets holding up and cleantech coming back into favor.  And all due respect TT, but as you've mentioned ad infinitum, you are not a shareholder.  So you don't even have a single vote.  People don't worry about the opinions of non-voters.  I do hope we don't see an offer though.  GLTA
