"The annual and special meeting of the shareholders of Windfall Geotek Inc. (“Windfall”) previously scheduled for November 29, 2021 (the “Meeting”) has been rescheduled to December 17, 2021. The meeting will be held virtually at 11:00 a.m. (eastern time). The record date for the Meeting remains October 25, 2021"
