What's next for staff?

For discussion let's assume Mr Nillson successfully acquires Enterprise. What happens to Enterpise's head office admin staff? I believe the Nillson's have a strong internal team of accountants and lawyers and can integrate Enterprise with minimal difficulty. This is potentially so sad for a number of staff especially with Christmas a month away.
