They are in the perfect spot and I would argue get ZERO credit for that potential.
That said Clearwater is up there as the most economical play in North America (which is not the norm)
I have always said if CAPEX increase into Clearwater drops debt faster and accellerates shareholder returns do it.
I also say stick to the debt first and buybacks second. I would gladly be one of the last shareholders on record.
