Actually, this is worse than a mass shooter. This is literally an allegation that a drug-producing company is dealing with criminals. This is FAR worse than any other possible scandal.

and the original article was written by a tabloid. This is published by the main stream media. Massive difference.

No, that's not what the article states, read it 4 or 5 times and try to keep the drama out of it.

The worse case if that someone smokes a joint and goes off on a shooting spree afterwards... ever see a pot smoker do that ?  You're getting yourself worked up, try a Mollo, that tabloid story has been floating around for a week and has likely already done as much damage as it can.

I know... go on a YouTube Bigfoot Documenty Spree... maybe there's a picture of one with a biker....  hey... submit it to the same tabloid paper, maybe you will get $20 for submitting a BS story.

And now they're being investigated by all levels of police (provincial and federal) for potential relations with gang members.. This is literally the worst possible scandal that could happen to any weed company, and it's happening to Hexo.

I'm not concerned and will hold, will watch for any price movement that I like and opt to trade as I see fit when I see fit.

You going to make a trade or are you going to jump up and down like a monkey on a string?

Be careful with those emotions ;)

Since they picked it up, it's very likely going to show up on stock screeners, and other news channels will likely run their own stories as well. This is BAD whether you like it or not. Mainstream media is relentless and Hexo is now on their mercy.
quinlash wrote: So you're saying that retail investors are too stupid to look at an article published by a Tabloid paper and not question it?   If I didn't question tabloids I would be still out looking for Elvis Presley and trying to get a selfie with BigFoot.

Like I said, believe what you will, trade as you like.

quinlash wrote: Maybe, we'll see however the article noted that Josh was already cleared by Health Canada Security etc as part of having a Cannabis Business, as part of that there is a criminal background check so no matter who he "may" be friends with he passed the security reviews.  HEXO would have had the Redecan books audited as well prior to striking the deal so anything shady going on would likely have been picked up and the deal canceled, that was not the case.

Your choice to believe what you want and trade as you will.
