The Company’s projects include The Hector Project, The Solar Lithium Project, The Clayton Valley Lithium Brine Project, Idaho Cobalt Belt Project and The Idaho Star Cobalt Prospect. The Solar Lithium Project is located in Nevada, United States. Solar Lithium Project consists of over 8,135 acres. The Clayton Valley Lithium Brine Project is located in Nevada, United States. Its 5,542-acre Hector Property is located in the vicinity of the town of Cobalt, Ontario, which is prospective for cobalt, silver, and diamonds. The Idaho Cobalt Belt Project is located within the Idaho Cobalt Belt surrounding Jervois Mining Ltd. The 80-acre Idaho Star cobalt prospect in Idaho, United States is located over nine miles southwest of Saltese, Montana, and 19 miles southeast of Wallace, Idaho. This prospect consists of four contiguous claims within the prolific Idaho cobalt belt.

(1) Ahusks77 for refferrence below are some of your posts: explain some of your posts below, today your defending CRUZES share COUNT to another poster here ( that post is not below here look online). last week you were Bashing CRUZES SHARE COUNT in a post below, you were saying Cruze does not have a TIGHT SHARE COUNT . which is it?

(2) Other posts from you your slandering me personaly here and making up lies here about me or my intent. and or your at times it may appear as soft bashing of CRUZ saying in a number of posts from you that CRUZ wont be Drilling maybe the end of this year or next year in 2022 you expect drilling?. which is it?

But yet you see the CRUZ News Releases posted on CRUZ website, Driller hired, Permits in place & CRUZ says there cashed UP funded for their Drill Progams and will be drilling shortly, you know all this!

Why are you lieing and Bashing CRUZ one day and next spamming CRUZ on another BB forum?.

(3) A number of other posts from you, you Bash that CRUZ does not have enough Cash to drill is false on your part, Another lie from you again!. when its posted by the compnay they are funded to drill!.

After the drilling NR came out last week that they are drilling you did not telling the truth on how many holes they are going to drill in another of your post.& Another poster here corrected you about your false statement on how many holes being drilled etc?.

Theres lots & lots & lots of posts from you that shows your misleading, or lieing and personaly slandering me here many times also I think!.

( 4) Another post below when another poster says "hes sold out for now" you say "perfect" and start talking up yuking it up showing great interest in STS on the CRUZ BB here, plus other posts your downplaying/negative posts from you here on the CRUZ BB I know what all that means!.

( 5) As per your request, Ahosks77 you wanted me to post more of your bashing posts & lies here of your bashing or Pumping or making of false claims of me personaly that you have done many times even today you made up lies about me here again.

( 6) You have been Bullying me and stalking me for a long time now. All the dates of posts here on SH of who talked to who first proves you are a Bully, & clearly Harrassing & Slandering me here and you have bashed me here on the CRUZ BB many mnay times and makeing up false claims about me or my intent of my posts your the only liar here i think!.

( 7) Anyone that reads your posts will see clearly your Harrassing, & Bullying me here for a long time, I think your a sick person. I have Stumbled and came across other BB and noticed you Bully & Ridicule a number of other people for no reason or name call often why do you do this?.

Cruz does not really have a tight share count "windywolf" . She has just over 106 million shares outstanding so not " tight " but not "diluted " either .... just average .

As far as " rollbacks " .... she has only had two . One 1 for 2 on Nov. 17th / 2014 and then another a 1 for 20 on April 12th / 2016 .

Then the next split was not a "rollback " . It was a 3 for 1 on Nov. 16th / 2016 .

P.S. .... do you see how I copy and paste your post below that I am replying to so as there can be no mistakes about whom I am replying to ????

I was commenting on a poster claiming that cruz has a tight share count.

When in fact they have done multiple rollbacks in the past.

I'm trading them both, already bought STS at .295 and sold it at .36 from Friday to Monday. Yesterday, i bought it back at .30.

I bought Cruz at .245, and sold it 2 days later at .315. I would like to buy it back near .25, for another trade.

Both are good traders, but i believe CRUZ is more of a promo play, and STS a more fundamental play.

Right on . So far you have done very well . Good calls . But we will see over time which one ends up with the higher share price .

LI took a little hit but that had nothing to do with her property beside CRUZ .

And once CRUZ starts drilling ( probably not till the New Year sometime ) ... then she could have a nice pop. I have no problem waiting as I obviously do not " daytrade " as much as you .
