Steve's new acquisition plan might become more and more challenging if the acquirers percerve the CBDT shares they will receive decrease in value after the transaction. He had better explain in a more convincing way.

Ball has been dropped several times, The Air Canada COVID test deal, Health Canada approval, etc.
