RE:RE:RE:CER Has NOT Approved ENB's Canadian Mainline Contracting I was always kind of curious as to why Enbridge had not yet thrown its hat in the ring to acquire TMX after completion. That might solve this problem.

I don't think it will ultimately be a serious issue, but it does put ENB at a possible disadvantage.
