RE:semi conductors and auto industryAstutein, I don't believe the IP is realted to the auto inductry.  The patents Wilan acquired were original Qimonda  IP, which I believe they bought when Qimonda  filed for bankruptcy.  The Siemens/Infineon/Qimonda German lineage can't hurt in the Apple-Germany litigation.
