Along comes Bernard who had cash and owned a few Quartz Deposits.His idea was one stop shop, turning his Quartz into 5n Si for solar panels,cheaper than anyone else.
A lot has changed since (for the best) ,but everything BC stated would not be,if Bernard had not come into the picture.If you view this as a partnership you are wrong.This is a set up for success,for BOTH companies.Without having to fight off any takeover bids along the way.
August 18/2020 NR and what's happened since between HPQ and PYR,should show the coordination toward the end game.
Ask yourself why the stipulation of separate divisions at HPQ? Can you say simply, "poison pill".
Why? THEY might just have something here hmmmm.
