I'd thought (and owned) the Bancanora lithium project and thought that deal was sealed months ago. NLC bid was already too cheap as the buyer attempted to backdoor the bid before (and likely without) shareholders getting the LONG awaited DFS. And arguably, nce they saw they'd have to put it out they put in an absurdely low lithium price in the model with NO justification for it. NONE.
(One wonders what else may have been padded as NLC wanted to fold this up quickly & convienently.)
Well, Lithium and the world has gotten much more favorable for us as well - on top of it being too cheap to start with.
