Funny chemistry if Methanol is considered a cleane fuel. Cleaner that Bunker C for sure, and diesel, and gasoline. As a hydrogen carrier it is not clean unless you employ CCS to the CO2 produced in the reforming process. Ammonia is however, if the burn temperature is not too high, potentially producing NOX,
