RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Thoughts on this?I feel Philip should be more conseratvie with estimates or at least realistic. I'm sure it feels close but the M & A process can really drag on.  Big pharma would be completing their M&A due diligence by these multiple collaborations.   Assuming the due diligence is completed the next step forward would be executing a final contract for sale. It can take a few months to come to a final decision on the type of purchase/licensing agreement.   Personally I don't believe big pharma has been seriously interested for much more than a year and this process can take at least that and some times longer.  We're now at the point where it could happen any day but not so far gone that it's out of the typical range.
