From an investment standpoint, Valens hasn't done good. Missed projections figures, bleeding cash, constantly reshuffling the "plan" and a share price that has been swinging wildly.
From a trading standpoint, traders have been able to make a profit at times by selling when the hype drove the share price too high.
Well then, I suppose it's a question of the duration of an investment. To me, if I'm not actively day-trading a stock its an investment. I've held Valens in my portfolio since 2018 but have occasionally sold as much as 50% of my position. Am I a trader or an investor. Maybe I'm called an active investor.
