Yes, seems like a major blunder by whomever writes and edits the news release:

"On November 12, 2021, the Company completed the sale of Medi-Call Inc. ("Medi-Call") by selling 100% of the issued and outstanding share capital of the company to ScreenPro Securities Inc. (CSE: SCRN), an arm's length publicly held company, incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia. As a result of the acquisition, the Company received 36,000,000 SCRN shares."
