RE:RE:These Mexican litigatorsI don't agree.  EXN was never part of the original deal.  Not how it works IMO.  The property will be given back.  So the people who sold the property get a million plus dollars plus lawyer fees and the property given back.  Thats my opinioin.  EXN platosa property was always a seperate company well before this agreement was made.  Why would you have seperate corporations if one corporation could take down the other corporations?  We will find out as EXN isn't paying and they don't even have the money to pay it.  Are you a corporate lawyer? Good luck getting blood from a rock.
