RE:IEEFA report - Pieridae's LNG assperations are toast...I think that:
1. Canada should weep more than PEA and Enbridge investors as well, as their maritime
investment just got severly reduced in value.
2. The large question for this company has been for quite a while what is the value of the
acquired assets from Shell vs the purchasing price plus financing costs. if they can get
the idea of co2 storage closer to realization (with a power plant), that value should go
up by a lot. time will tell and as we get closer to LNG CANADA - the value of gas assets
in Canada (especially on the drier side) should be going up.
3. Final question: is time working for PEA or against it? hedging being reduced and cash
flow going up (as a natural result) will make the assets cash lowing much better. is the
goal selling for the most amount or dragging it until cash flow allows for a future refi?
my opinion - it will get sold. price is the question.
Good luck to all.
