Can I ask how you are calculcating that? Looking at financials for quarter ending Sept.30 I calculated a NAV of $.1098 per share. Total Assets of $43,166,429 minus liabilities of $4,121,791 equals $39,044,638. Divided by 355,436,106 shares equals $.1098 NAV per share.

For last quarter, ending June 30, 2021, I see Total Assets of $39,875,987 minus liabilities of $2,323,355, equals $37,552,632. . Divided by 334,059,100 shares equals $.1124 NAV per share.

So a drop of $.0026NAV per share quarter over quarter by my calculations, which I don't think is anything to be concerned about.
