It operates on a contiguous and an acreage within the heart of the Peace River Oilsands region.

added 3000 IPO 1.98 ... so if joy (1.62) or IPO go up 10% before OBE they'll be liquidated. ... I'll add 6k tm if it drops more ... and it looks like it wants to get down to 66. But OPEC so not gonna guess ... just add on the way down and sell of highest ones at par.
