Imagine what the NPV at $35 or $50 Ag price would be. That would put NPV close to 4 or 5B imho. And there is still more upside on exploration potential and drilling new zones. This will be 10 - 30 bagger imho. Get ready for the institutions to pile in soon. Loving it at these fire sale prices.
