Raising cash is wise, and barring the sad state of things, I will be excited to go shopping with year end bonus infusions.  Lots of opportunities to pick up quality at fair prices.

Also nice to remember, that if we fail to keep the money we've made, at least we can make more, assuming we have the human capital.
