Looks like the stink "Arrangement" has fallen through ?!Arbitrage between actual shareprice (17.06 CAD) and offer price (18.50 CAD) is now at around 8.5 % for about 3 months.

This translates to an arbitrage winning possibility of more than 33 % per year to the offer price...

Markets say: this O'Brien / Biswas stink "Arrangement" has fallen through already now (behind the scenes).

Good so! Clean the board now ! Let Pretium go its own way! In one year it should be double in the share price, once we become free from sclerotic 0`Brien and gang. 

I continue to buy at these prices.
