RE:RE:RE:I'm hoping
Certainly no shortage of 'interesting' opinions regarding the potential out come here.....if only you had a $buck$ for each one !!

Many of those opinions seem to reflect either a complete disregard for, or lack of knowledge/understanding regarding the debt covenant agreed to by Harte and BNP.

BNP has, as you all know, legally sold/reassigned that debt debt to Silver Lake..or more accurately ...a ''wholly owned subsidiary'' of Silver....a tidy piece of legalese ...no accident!!

The mine is probably viable....they have infrastructure, equipment, staff, reserves, decent grade, and ample unexplored potential. They are bleeding to death due to the copious offtakes that Hart has agreed to either wilfully or out of financial necessity.

''Bankruptcy'' seems to be the word so many resort to here....this is Canada and a more likely outcome for a Company of  this magnitude might be a filing under CCAA...with an interim DIP financing. It keeps the lights on, the wheels turning, the Company functional  and the staff working with paycheques  until a restructuring is sorted with the parties involved. It can be reasonably swift..there is a voting process...the Company is freed of most of its shackles...and generally ( not always ) the shareholders are obliterated!!

One thing I think you can bank on...Silver Lake did not come in blind..  BNP were party to everything going on for a long time and would have known there was no saviour ( as the Company has tried repeatedly to inform all of you ).  You will likely never know the terms of the BNP/SVL transaction noe what was said or implied....but SVL will be your new owner/operator!!

You'll find out shortly !!
