RE:Reading posts from last week and the week beforeWow sooooooo tempted to add more. At $11.77 this is basically trading at NAV if you add the increase to NAV due to the latest issue. Industrial REIT’s DIR and SMU are trading at 1.25x to 1.3x NAV. Again so tempted.
