Powell sneezes.......

Powell sneezes.......J Powell sneezes & markets jump……incredible how speculative these markets are!

“US stocks extended earlier losses on Tuesday following
new comments from Jerome Powell. The Fed Chair mulled an earlier-than-expected end to bond tapering, and also remarked that inflation can no longer be considered "transitory."

There is just too much capital sitting on the sidelines that is being used for a short term gains by exploiting a ‘grass fire trends’ set by politics and social turbulence. This is not new, but the scale and frequency is & it is huge. Instead of being invested in economic, tangible and long term growth this idle capital is parasitic/exploitive in nature & IMHO has rather negligible positive...if any impact on the economy.

At noon KNT was down 1.84% and TSX 1.82%; for no good reason this company is following the market despite the fact that is doing well. Ignorant investors create this disconnect.
