I don't think anyone has really mastered it.
I've folowed it as a hobby for years.
The cyles fasinate me. They do keep repeating.
It invloves planet alignment, gravity pull and pushes, sun spots, radiantion out put from the sun and many more.
I like the odds with Hadick. From what I've seen he has a good track record and makes his living doing these forcasts for the New york hedge funds, farmers etc. If he was really bad he wouldn't make a living.
He also gave up a highly paid job with one of the large NY brokerage frims to do this.
Never nay guarantees and I'm not being a hero buying right now until things settle out.
The large investors in the futures market currently have one of the largest cash positions ever.
That doesn't negate N gas as this covers a huge futures market.
The message is that inflation is either being over done or simply about to come to an end which will cause a correction in asset prices.
That will include housing world wide.
