RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Momentum

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MomentumThere is something else. Exn spent $1.6 mill in the last quarter reporting in G&A and that is a cause for concern.  For a company the size of Exn the admin cost should be close to .2 million.  The fact that Exn spent so much money I think is on legal cost fighting San Pedro claim in court. Exn stated that they are looking for ways under Mexican and international law (?!!!) to contest the appelate decision.  Well, all good except that litigating a case in court at each concequitive level add multiple to the previous litigation cost.  As a Exn shareholder, last thing I want to see is penniless and broke Exn being vindicated in the court of law after having to spend tens of millions on legal fees.  The question is not whether Exn is morally or legally right, but whar course of action will be best for the Exn shareholders
