Most of the european energy shortage is because of the nuclear roll-out. China is coal.

But i'm not in germany so hard to say if this happening or not. Generally speaking, ZeroHedge can provide misinformation, they are good for finding obscure information witch i have to give them credit but they are also known for misinformation in the only purpose to clickbait.
