RE:Bottom line :::If anyone can read this report and not immediately see how the CEO and CFO (husband and wife) are using this company as their personal piggy-bank, you need to take a quick course on how to read a financial statement.

Take a good look at the section titled Related Party Transactions, starting on page 18. I pointed this out to people on this board literally years ago - Miller and wife buy properties privately and then immediately lease them to the company, so they own the property and the company pays them a lucrative rent. It's been going on for years.

One thing that stands out for me is this: where are all of the Wages and Salaries??? Does anyone work there besides Miller's daughter?
