most likely waitiing on financing from either Morroco, or the supreme council Arab African economy to kick in a few milllion dollars to look like the hero to solve Covid in that area of the world.
Its crazy how amateur RVX management is not not convince one BP to collaborate a partnership deal on the COvid trail, Its a travesty imo. But we have Eversana to save the day right...... look what is doing to the SP,
