Important upcoming AGM vote

We now finally have a date for the deferred AGM . It was deferred because the majority of the board would have been voted out on the original date and they refused to let that happen.  They don't seem to realize that they both work for shareholders and are supposed to be acting in the "best interest of shareholders"  . If shareholders want them gone they they have a fiduciary duty to comply.

Now we have a new date and our lame CEO Nelson is not on the docket , I assume some shareholders are confused on how to vote.  You are all free do do what you want but I will definitely tell you how I am voting .  I will be voting to WITHOLD my vote on David McDonald, Scott Stevens, and Brant Sangster in order to make room for some new highly qualified new appointees to the board .  In particular I feel David Mcdonald has done an abysmal job of Chair of this board and seriously needs to be voted out ASAP.  I don't feel he has acted in the best interests of shareholders or the company . I'll leave it at that. Time to end the pain and vote these guys out.
