- March 1 Stephen Gill replaces E Lorich as board chair
-March 26 David Swisher VP Operations

April 25 = Matt Gilli CEO
May 4= new Board
No news Nov 15 to Feb 25 2019
March 28,19 Swisher to Sr VP , Phil Day to member of the board ( for short time)
June 17 AGM = Board vote big # vote against s Gill, & E Lorich
May 6 - Pala puts in $$ and is "providing strategic advice"
Dec 17/19= Pala bought shares at 29 cnts  ie $2.90 after consolidation.

I suggest all review as it is interesting to see some of the history.
