The Company has also entered into agreements to acquire a 75% interest in the Zlatusha copper-gold exploration property. The Rozino project is situated within the in southeast Bulgaria's Ivaylovgrad municipality.

I agree. It's definitely going down. Won't be long before this is trading in the $0.20 range again. 

I wouldn't not offer more than $0.10 per share. Even at that you will probably loose money.
