There's actually language in the deal written with acreage but canopy can waive all conditions and take over acreage even with no bills being passed. If safe gets past I would put the odds at 99% that canopy triggers the deal.

I don't understand the logistics of the safe banking act. I remember asking it a while ago and from my understanding it depends on the language of safe? Once the bill is passed, and the msos can uplist, I thought cannabis needed to be fully decriminalized in order for acreage deal to be triggered.
