Yes, he has said that a few times. And besides a share buyback would be a waste of money, when that money could be used to grow and expand the company internally and through mergers and aquistitions. This would raise the share price organically and provide increased revenue for many, many years to come. Why throw away the money? Put it to good use. The share structure is acceptable.
