RE:offering
Interesting. So basically anyone with shares will have a chance to buy 50% more of those shares at a price of 0.015 CAD? I.e. someone with 1,000,000 shares can buy 500,000 x 0.015 = 7,500 CAD?
What is strange to me however is the mention of Springhill being able to purchase many millions of shares. If Springhill is owned by Lorne Harder, why is he buying all these shares? He has already loaned money to the company. Is that a good sign or a bad sign?
I'm also unclear about the three companies in Argentian, specially Salta Geothermal (which is owned by Cascadero). It will end up with less than 50% of the new company: Newco, meaning Golden Minerals will end up making the decisions.
Also, what is Pacha Minerals SA, and who owns it?
All in all I'm happy something is moving (although I don't see this on the Cascadero website yet), but I'm not sure what to make of it all.
